Minawi arrives Juba to discuss ways to end the war crisis in the country

Juba: The Official Spokesman’s Platform

The Governor of the Darfur Region, Minni Arko Minawi, arrived today in the capital of South Sudan, Juba, on a visit during which he will hold many meetings with officials in South Sudan, he will also meet with the President of South Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit.
These meetings come for the purpose of discussing ways to stop the ongoing war in the country.

He was received at Juba International Airport by Tut Galwak, Advisor to the President of South Sudan and a number of officials.

Minawi said that he arrived in Juba as part of the Democratic Bloc delegation for the purpose of holding meetings and discussions with regional powers as an extension of efforts to search for ways to end the war crisis in the country, he added that we will work to intensify efforts with the political and civil forces interested in addressing the Sudan problem by discussing humanitarian and political issues and appealing to the international and regional community to Playing their roles to stop the war and its tragic consequences.
